All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please contact us directly via Bmail to receive an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking label before shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted at the warehouse.
