Shipping policy
The initial processing of your order may take between 1-3 days. Standard shipping takes 7-14 days for delivery after the initial processing of your order. Expedited shipping is also available and it takes 7-10 days for final delivery.
Return policy
Replacement product available within 30 daysI care deeply about customer satisfaction and a positive user experience. If the product you purchased is damaged or defective or if you purchased clothing for your dog and it doesn’t fit your dog properly, I will send you a replacement product if you contact me and let me know about sizing problem within 30 days of the purchase. I will refund your order in full if no replacement is available for the product which you purchased.
