Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within one to two business days of receiving payment (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We will make every effort to ship Friday’s orders on Saturday morning when possible, but this cannot be guaranteed, as Saturdays are usually a very busy day for us.

We’ll gladly combine shipping when possible to help lower costs. Bonanza sometimes charges full shipping per item even when purchased together; in those cases, we’ll refund any overpayment once your order is packaged and weighed.

All items are fully insured for their sale value. In the rare event of shipping damage or loss, please contact the carrier to initiate a claim. We’ll gladly provide any information needed to support your claim. Once your item has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for its safe delivery transfers to them—this process protects both buyer and seller under the terms of the insurance coverage.

Sometimes, we may reuse sturdy boxes and packing materials to help reduce waste. Your package is always carefully packed for a safe arrival and while it may not always look pretty on the outside, it’s what is on the inside that counts!

Many of our items are antique or vintage and are therefore sold in as-found condition and are generally not eligible for a refund. Please remember that pieces of this age often have natural signs of wear or minor flaws that reflect their history and character. We make every effort to describe and photograph each item accurately so that you can purchase with confidence.

Because of this, most items are sold AS IS, and we typically do not offer refunds for general wear, age-related imperfections, or buyer’s remorse. The photographs and written descriptions tell the full story—if you ever need additional photos or details before purchasing, please don’t hesitate to ask.

That said, if you receive an item that differs significantly from its description—for example, a condition issue not mentioned, damage that was not shown, or an error in testing or identification—please contact us promptly. We’re honest people running an honest business, and we’ll work with you to make things right, whether by refund, exchange, or partial discount, depending on the situation.

If a return is approved, please note that refunds cover the item’s original purchase price only. The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped to be eligible for a full refund. Any alterations, cleaning, or damage after delivery may affect refund eligibility.

Please also refer to our Shipping Policy regarding carrier damage or loss. All of our items are fully insured for their sale value. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, it is almost always faster and easier for you to file a damage claim directly with the carrier using the provided tracking and insurance information. We’re happy to assist you with this process or provide any necessary documentation.

Our goal is simple: to treat every customer fairly, communicate clearly, and ensure that every transaction is handled with care and integrity.

Miscellaneous details

Each item is carefully chosen for its quality and character, then inspected, cleaned, and described to the best of our knowledge so that you may receive your treasure in the best condition possible.

Every piece is thoughtfully and competitively priced—never marked up to cover Bonanza fees or other expenses. Those costs are our problem, not yours.

We use only our own photos, never stock or AI generated images. The only exception is a sealed, brand-new item that can’t be opened without becoming used.

Questions, offers, and even advice are always welcome. While I take great care in researching and describing every item, there’s always more to learn—and I appreciate insights from fellow collectors and treasure hunters.
