Shipping policy
For Packages 13 ounces and less we use USPS First Class Package rates and for all other items we use USPS Priority Mail option which include free insurance (priority mail only). We ship domestic destinations only, no APO/FPO addresses. Tracking Numbers are always uploaded to the Payment Method Site in which the items were purchased.
Return to booth
Return policy
Full refund available for DOAsRefunds are granted via PayPal currently on "doa"’s defined on damaged on arrival items via transit to you. Please take a picture and/or arrange to send the item back to us in the damaged condition the product arrived to you so that we can either replace it or refund it depending on our mutual agreement. Thank you.
